I would like a website or program that tells me the highest penny-stock gainers during the day (*in real time*) To be clear, I don't want to select a portfolio of securities to follow, just a broad "market movers" type list.
There is no such beast.
OTC and Bulletin Board stocks trade (surprise, surprise!) over totc real time quoteshe counter, or on one of many Bulletin Boards, so there is no central exchange recording those transaction in "real time"...
Don't waste your money & effort digging through the manure on the barn floor.....there IS NO PONY under there!

It turns out that one can actually ascertain otc real time quotesreal-time prices through the TD Ameritrade 'Stock Screener' ...by the way, I understand that penny stocks have that nomenclature for a reason; I was merely trying to 'game' a 15-minute time delay in a stock game for class. :)
