delayed sleep phase syndromeWhat can I do to help Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome?

For about the past year my biological clock has been completely out of sync; I can't fall asleep when needed, I can't wake up when needed and it leaves me pretty depressed because of the effect this has on my life. After doing some research, I'm pretty sure it is Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome whdelayed sleep phase syndromeich is causing my problems. Does anybody know how I can tackle it?
Try changing your sleeping habits. I am also a DSPS sufferer and that helps sometimes with me but it's not a sure fire cure. It's just like a fast timed watch where every once in a while it will need to be reset. It's the same widelayed sleep phase syndrometh this syndrome. Set some time aside and try meditating before bed or sitting down with a good book and a cup of hot chamomile tea or spearmint tea. You can also try Melatonin which can help you sleep, you just have to take it an hour before bed. Good luck, sugar.
