bing toolbar for firefoxHow do I remove the Bing toolbar from firefox?

I downloaded the SkipScreen add-on for firefox and it installed the Bing toolbar, it also hijacked my Google "I Feel Lucky" search option in the main URL address bar and then made bing my default in the search bar. This is annoying and I would consider this a virus from Microsoft since it had to "sneak in".
Here how to get rid of the tool bar.

Step 1 - Go to Tools and click Add-ons

Step 2 - When the Add-ons box comes up on screen, scroll to the Bing toolbar and look for the "Uninstall" button on the add-on. Uninstall it and restart Firefox.

Once Firefox has restarted, the toolbar is gone.

bing toolbar for firefoxI hope this information is very helpful.

Good luck

What do you do if it doesn't show up in the add ons box?
I am doing everything possible to get rid of this and it won't go away.

Looking for "BING" in Firefox Addons, may notbing toolbar for firefox work for everyone. Mine said " Search Toolbar 1.2" I was not able to find any BING addon by itself.

remove default tab under add-ons

You do just like native New Yorker says below only also look for Search 1.04 or Search ToolBar 1.04, then click uninstall. you can also read how to here: http://www.olymanifesto.com/?p=397
Right click on a blank space above the address bar where you will see it listed. Just uncheck it.
Click on "Tools", hover the mouse over toolbars, uncheck beside Bing.
