My cat died June 11 and the next morning I woke up because I heard some newspaper rattling and I thought it was my cat's spirit.
It was.
Whenever that kind of thought comes to mind upon hearing something like that...or you see something happen that your kitty would have caused to happen while she was alive, it is indeed her, telling you she's okay.
She's at the Rainbow Bridge, waiting for you to get to Heaven.
I know, because I run my own kitten rescue for orphaned and abandoned kittens, and every time I find a home for a kitten, I ask it to please be there at the Rainbow Bridge, waiting for me when I get to Heaven. I'll have a whole herd of kitties running up to me when I get there, about two hundred of them so far!!! It'll take days for cats and spiritsme to hug and kiss all of them, but it will just be the absolute best!!!
What you need to do now, to honor the love for your kitty and the love she gave you in return, is to give a home to a new kitten and give that kitten a chance to love you just as much as your other kitty did. Go to your local city animal shelter and save a kitten or two from being euthanized, TONIGHT!!! Believe me, nothing will ease your pain more than a tiny kitten making you smile and laugh.
Animals KNOW when they have been rescued from the edge of death; I know, because I have about six of them and they never let me forget!
Pookie, Freckles, Angel, Dandelion, Precious Ray of Sunshine, and Tobey.
1 way 2 be sure iz sumtimes when ur cats r looking all wide eyed and stunncats and spiritsed is believed that they r looking at spirits ov cats that lived at that area. for more info u can look it up in a book called 99 lives Cats in History, Legen, and Literature
No; all cats go to heaven and leave this place BE-hind!
Now get those papers off the floor, mop up and get ready for a new kitty from the local shelter! So many need good homes.
Sorry for your loss.
That's a bit hard to answer. I personally think that "ghosts" aren't scary, and that they're still here. You just can't see, feel, smell, or hear them. But still, I think they can be here. There's no proof of course, but I think they can come back.
