I have a Mac OS X version 10.4.6

I have a classic 80 gb iPod.

I need a newer iTunes so I can use my iPod with this computer because my current iTunes is version 6.
Problem is, mdownload itunes 7.1 1y computer is too old to get a version as high as 8.
Sooo... I have tried several different sites to download iTunes 7.1, but none of them work.
